- Rodent droppings observed on the floor under a storage rack & along a wall in the kitchen and on shelves in the banquet area. All areas affected by rodent droppings were cleaned and sanitized at the time of inspection. Equipment stored on shelves in the banquet area was also cleaned & sanitized.
