- 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
- There were no available test strips for testing the solution strength of sanitizer solutions (both for dishwashing and for surface sanitizing). Test strip options will be sent to operator by email. Photo can be provided once test strips have been acquired.
- 16. Is the facility free of unapproved animals, vermin and/or insects (unless noted elsewhere), and maintained to prevent the entry or harbourage of pests?
- Dead flies were noted on the counter in this facility. Facility had not been in use. Operator cleaned up the flies appropriately. Counter was washed and sanitized with bleach solution. Pest control monitoring checklist template will be sent to operator by email. During the months that the hall is in use, the checklist should be completed at least once per month. Records should be kept onsite in case review is needed.
