      • Corrective Action(s): Clean the above noted areas and sanitize with a 100 ppm chlorine bleach solution. Ensure that all entry holes and areas for harbourage and entry are repaired.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Display cooler contents measured 9C at the time of inspection. Operator indicated that the unit was not defrosted this week
      • Corrective Action(s): Moved sandwiches, quiche, and cakes to a working cooler unit. ensure that all potentially hazardous foods are maintained <4C at all times.

      • Observation: Back of house 2 compartment sink countertop is weathered and in poor repair.
      • Corrective Action(s): Repair/replace the countertop and conduct a deep clean behind the grease trap as well as in the lower cupboards.
      • New countertop must be installed within 4 months. 2 compartment sink can be replaced with another 2 compartment sink as long as the high temperature dishwasher is kept as part of the cleaning equipment
