      • Flooring discussion: Floors can be replaced. Floors can be repaired. For FHA requirements the flooring must be smooth, easily cleanable and durable (non-slip). A mop must be able to be run along floors without food debris becoming stuck in holes/corners/crevices. Currently there are large rips in flooring that allow for food debris accumulation. The sections that are worn away can be removed and new flooring can be added to these areas provided the transitions are smooth and easily cleanable.
