      • Corrective Action(s): Move all perishable foods to an alternate cooler capable of maintaining 4°C or less. Defrost the small black cooler and ensure it can maintain 4°C before storing any perishable food.

      • Corrective Action(s): Original jug of household bleach appears to be old so it is no longer at full strength. Use more bleach when preparing the sanitizer to compensate. Verify sanitizer concentration using chlorine test strips.

      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Lack of proper sanitizer at the time of inspection. No chlorine detected in Sanitizer spray bottles. Operator refreshed bleach water solutions and tested. Clorine 100-200 ppm detected in spray bottles.
      • Corrective Action(s): Sanitizer is to be provided with proper concentration of bleach in water. 100-200 ppm is required. Test your sanitizer every couple days or as necessary and make sure the concentration of 100-200 ppm chlorine is present in the spray bottles.
