      • The bottom of the north cooler is worn and frayed wood is exposed that cannot be cleaned. The walk in cooler was not working. Do not use until it is repaired.

      • The public area of the store is disorganized. Equipment, gas cylinders and boxes are being stored in such a manner that they could cause injury to the public. Organize and secure. The floors require cleaning. The coolers require organization and cleaning.
