      • Corrective Action(s): 1) Store dry goods in pest proof container that can be closed tightly. Store all foods on shelving 6" off of the floor.
      • 2) Do not re-use gloves. They are single use and must be discarded afterwards. Ensure proper handwasing practices prior to handling food. Gloves are not a replacement for handwashing.
