      • The vinyl material throughout the kinder/OSC room was visibly dirty especially surfacing/flooring around the play structure. Some areas were deteriorating such as in the lime green pits by the windows. The items need a good scrubbing, deteriorating areas need replacement

      • Observed staff stand up diapering a preschool age child then helping another on the toilet without first removing her gloves, washing her hands.Staff removed gloves and washed hands after a reminder from the director Diapering procedures must be followed. Staff must wash hands after diapering.
