      • The sanitizer solution available for use was not maintained at adequate concentrations. Measured at 0ppm of chlorine during the inspection.**Ensure sanitizer solutions are frequently monitored and maintained at the required concentrations at all times.-Staff on duty mixed bleach to 100ppm of chlorine during the inspection.

      • Raw meat was observed to be stored in close proximity to fruits and vegetables in the standing cooler.**Please ensure proper separation of raw meats from other food items under storage including fresh produce and ready to eat foods.-The kitchen staff re-organized the cooler during the inspection.

      • Several missing light covers were observed during the inspection.**Ensure the light covers are replaced to prevent the contamination of food.
