- **CORRECTED**1. Observed children eating food on reusable plates with reusable utensils provided by the facility. This observation is in contravention of the current food permit restrictions, which state 'single service customer utensils only due to limited dishwashing.' Discussed options with operator during the inspection. COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:1. If children are to use reusable plates, cups and utensils, then dishes must be washed using the 3-compartment method. Please use either of the 3-compartment sinks in classroom 1 and 2 for washing reusable dishes. Do not use the 2-compartment in classroom 3 for washing reusable client items.
