- - Went through 3 tubs of live blue crabs and observed multiple dead ones.
- Corrective Action(s):
- - Dead blue crabs were discarded at the time of inspection. It appears that storing the blue crabs live in a small bucket is not a good way to keep them live for longer. Bring in smaller quantities that could be sold within 1-2 days. Ensure to continuously monitor them to sort the dead ones.
