    • 14. Does the mobile food vendor have an adequate supply of potable hot and cold running water and is the water sampled at required intervals?
      • At the time of the inspection, the clear water reservoir was indicated to be 60 liters. For the requested Class D mobile permit, the unit must hold at least 75 liters in their clear water reservoir. Ensure that a sufficiently sized clear water tank, and a grey water tank with a volume at least 10% greater, are installed on the mobile. Furthermore, no hot water was being dispensed during the inspection.Ensure that the issue with the hot water tank is addressed and that hot water is available in the mobile unit.

      • No written plans for the mobile food facility were submitted to the Public Health Inspector prior to the approval inspection.Ensure that any plans for any future renovations are sent to the Inspector for approval prior to beginning work.
