    • 04. Are clients at this facility being protected from hazards (Non-Critical)?
      • Several paint jugs were observed without ACMI or ASTM safety certification marks. Ensure all paint and art materials have ACMI or ASTM safety certification.
    • 18. Is the facility and equipment being maintained in a suitable manner (Non-Critical)?
      • Bullfrog DS/QB 106 neutral disinfectant observed. The disinfectant has a 10 minute contact time and also requires a potable water rinse after use and is not suitable for regular use in childcare facilities.
    • 20. Are indoor play areas and equipment sufficient and being properly maintained to ensure client safety (Non-Critical)?
      • A couple of playsets in the preschool rooms were not secured and could be toppled over. Secure the playset or remove the legs such that the playset is more stable.
    • 21. Is the plumbing system adequate and being properly maintained (Critical)?
      • The water temperature measured at the 2 compartment sinks in toddler room 1 baby room 1, and preschool room 1 measured 61.5°C, 49°C and 56°C respectively. Decrease the water temperature such that it measures between 37°C and 43°C.
