      • Dishwasher was at 0ppm rinse cycle concentration.Ensure that dishwasher rinse concentration is at 100ppm to facilitate effective sanitization of dishes, utensils and other kitchen items.Dishwasher was primed and 100ppm rinse cycle achieved.

      • Weatherstripping at the backdoor was in disrepair. Ensure this is in good repair to prevent pest entry.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • Cutleries were noted stored with business end facing upward. Do ensure that cutleries and other kitchen utensils are stored in such a way as to prevent contamination when handling. This was corrected during the inspection.
