      • Observation: Operator indicates the bay door is left open sometimes especially during summer hotter months.
      • Some foods in Walk-in cooler and goods in the general area stored directly on the floor
      • Corrective Action(s): Keep the bay door closed except when transporting goods. If you need more ventilation install a screen door at back main door
      • Keep foods off the Walk-in cooler floor minimally on skids so they are easy to transport with the pallet jack
      • Keep goods off the floor at least >15cm (such as the use of risers or multi-level shelves) to ease general cleaning underneath and monitoring of pests
