     • Observation: Significant amount of rodent droppings observed in facility, mainly in non-production area. Areas include:
     • -->by loading bay door
     • -->between wooden crates by loading bay door
     • -->on top of kegs by loading bay door
     • -->both walls along loading bay door (behind equipment, behind tables, etc)
     • -->in staff washroom
     • -->behind chest freezer and surrounding area
     • -->a few on production area
     • Pest control company visit monthly.
     • Corrective Action(s): 1. Remove droppings.
     • 2. Sanitize areas.
     • 3. Contact pest control technician.
     • Pest control visits may have to increase to weekly until pest issue is under control.
     • Ensure a thorough inspection is conducted to identify possible holes and gaps to be sealed.
     • Violation Score: 15

     • Observation: Loading bay door is open at time of visit. Operator indicated it helps with carbon dioxide.
     • Corrective Action(s): Loading bay door must stay closed unless a screen door is installed. Keeping loading bay door open does not help with pest issue facility is dealing with at the moment.

     • Observation: Brewing manager noted a rodent issue previously which facility increased pest control visits to weekly until problem is controlled. Rodent droppings from previous problem observed in staff washroom and along wall to old tasting room.
     • Corrective Action(s): Remove droppings, sanitize areas, and monitor.
     • Ensure potential entry points are all sealed.
     • Violation Score: 3
