      • Staff bathroom sink tap is loose. The wall behind the bathroom sink is peeling paint and plywood. Tape is used on an arborite surface in the kitchen cupboard since arborite is lifting.*Tighten tap. - June 11 re-inspection: Tap is still loose. *Repair wall to be smooth and cleanable. - June 11 re-inspection: Wall was patched but is not smooth.*Remove tape and re-glue arborite.

      • The Ice scoop holder is not maintained clean and in good condition.The knife holder in the cake preparation area is difficult to maintain clean, as well.The holders could be removed and/or a readily cleanable container with a lid could be used.The wood knife block in the front food handling area can not be maintained in a sanitary condition.
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Cooked bacon will be held in the warmer.

      • The tile baseboard is in need of repair at the corners of walls. It is difficult to maintain the areas clean.

      • Areas of the restaurant need to be cleaned (i.e. The wall at floor wall-juncture; The Fire Extinguisher at the back area).
