      • The hand sink in the cake decorating area was being used to store contaminated utensils.Hand sinks are to be used for the purposes of handwashing only, and to be kept clear at all times.

      • A large section of the basement ceiling is missing and there is signs of a leak. There is still water damaged building material present. September 11, 2024: There were still large areas of missing ceiling material in the basement and signs on water damage on the materials. Ensure damaged materials are removed, any leak identified and repaired, and all missing ceiling materials replaced.

      • - There were missing tiles on the flooring beside and underneath the front service area, beside the pop dispenser, and in front of the stand-up freezer at the dining area.- There were missing baseboards at the front dining area beside the stand-up freezer.- There were missing tiles and baseboards on the wall beside the stand-up freezer at the dining area.The facility staff stated that the facility is conducting renovations at the front area. Please ensure the required work/repairs are completed. Note that before renovations are done at the facility, the facility is expected to send a plan to AHS-Environmental Public Health for review and approval.

      • A large section of the basement ceiling is missing and there is signs of a leak. There is still water damaged building material present.

      • There was an accumulation of dust on the fan cover in the walk-in cooler. There was a drip and red staining on the basement floor where there is an apparent leak from the ceiling.

Please change the bulb, adequate lighting is required to facilitate proper cleaning. Oct 31, 2023: * Light fixtures above the dishwashing area still missing covers. * The lighting in the walk-in freezer still dim, bulb not changed. Please note that these are ongoing violations and must be corrected immediately.
