      • There is a visible gap between the two back doors near the bottom of the frame.Please ensure there are no visible gaps to keep pests from entering the facility.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • The lights in the cooking area are not properly shielded. Please ensure all lights are covered at all times.
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • The lid and top of the ice machine are broken, creating visible gaps where contaminants could enter the ice bin.Please ensure the lid and top are in good repair.

    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • The concentration of quat sanitizer in cloth buckets was 0ppm. The quat dispenser at the sink is not working at this time, so staff have to mix the solution.Staff mixed 200ppm quat solution at time of inspection, and tested it using quat test strips available onsite. Please ensure staff are properly trained on how to mix solutions, and to repair the dispenser to keep sanitizer concentrations consistent.
