      • -Drive Thru handwashing sink lack liquid soap and paper towels. Hot-holding equipment for sundaes were observed to obstruct the handwashing sink.
      • -Handwashing sink at the front of house POS station observed to lack liquid soap and paper towels.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure all handwashing sinks are well equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap, and paper towels. All handwashing sinks must be unobstructed at all times to ensure proper hand hygiene of food handlers.

      • Observation: Extensive cleaning require in the following areas:
      • 1) The inside of the raised mop sink as well as the large sink basin sink has mould/mildew growth. Scrub all sinks with soap and disinfect with Quats sanitizer
      • 2) The front and door handles of all coolers and freezers
      • 3) Under and around all equipment as there is lots of debris accumulation
