      • Used wiping cloth was noted on the food prep table.Ensure that used wiping cloths are returned to the sanitizer solution after each use to prevent cross contamination.

      • Several used coffee mugs and cups were observed on top of the ice machine. Ensure that personal items are kept in a separate area to prevent contamination of food (ice).
    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • Sandwich cooler temperature was at 07C - ensure that sandwich cooler is closed when not in use to maintain temperature for high-risk food items.Cooler was closed and temperature of 4C was achieved prior to leaving facility.
    • 12. Are there adequate and properly operating dish washing facilities to effectively clean and sanitize equipment and utensils (unless noted elsewhere)(Non-Critical)?
      • QUAT test strips were observed to be expired - September 2025.Ensure you have valid test strips to determine sanitizer concentration.

      • Plastic coffee cups used by staff noted on ice machine, with visible signs of water dripping from the cups into the ice. Ensure that personal items are separated from food to prevent cross-contamination. Ensure that staff are educated to keep personal items in the space provided for by management.

      • Weatherstripping missing at the back door entrance. Ensure you have weatherstripping replaced to prevent pest entry.

      • Ice machine noted to have signs of drainage of coffee from the plastic cups noted on the machine. Ensure that the ice machine is drained, washed and sanitized to prevent contamination.
