      • Quaternary sanitizer concentration was too low in the third dishwashing sink. Corrected to 200 ppm during the inspection.

      • Metal piece next to corner sink has duct tape covering the edge due to it being sharp. This is not acceptable as the duct tape interferes with cleaning. The metal piece must be removed or the edge fixed.
