- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bin of tea bags stored on bottom shelf and a tray of single-portioned cakes and desserts stored in refrigerator were not covered.

- Observation: 1. Wood shelving next to refrigerator is water damaged from past leaks. Parts of the baseboard have turned black.
- 2. Some sort of crystalline buildup noted on the wooden base under the dishwasher. Photos were taken by inspector. Staff on site indicated that the base was previously damaged from an old, leaking dishwasher. Dishwasher has since been replaced but wood base is starting to deteriorate.
- Corrective Action(s): 1. Discussed with staff about re-finishing the damanged wood shelving or replacing it entirely.
- Date to be corrected by: October 1, 2021.
- 2. Replace the wood base with a material that is smooth, non-porous, durable and easily cleaned, or remove base entirely and install dishwasher directly on the ground.
