- The floor in the walk-in cooler had several areas in obvious disrepair. Several areas of flooring were noted to be soft/spongy. And an area near the dairy retail racking had a hole in the flooring. The following is required: - The source of the issue must be identified and corrected. - Further investigation to determine the extent of the damage is required. - Professional help should be considered for any extensive damage or for areas where it is determined that the structural integrity may have been compromised.

- There was notable disrepair of walls and floors throughout the retail area of facility.This includes, but is not limited to, damaged drywall and cracked or lifting flooring. Please address areas of disrepair and ensure all areas of the food establishment are in good repair and easily cleanable.*Operators have advised that extensive renovations are scheduled to update the facility*

There was some condensation present on the visible portion of the vapour barrier and potential mould growth in the area. **Operators have advised that the cause of the roof leak has already been repaired**This area should be made a priority and any building materials negatively affected by the roof leak must be removed and replaced.
