      • Animal was slaughtered and processed at Birch Hills Colony. This facility is not an Alberta Ag approved facility. (This was verified with Alberta Ag). Ensure all uninspected meat is removed from the freezer.
    • 13. Are properly operating hand washing sink(s) accessible to food handlers, located in suitable areas, and stocked with appropriate hand washing supplies?
      • Dishwashing area: Hand washing sink is not supplied with paper towels. Ensure a paper towel dispenser is installed at the hand washing sink.

      • The insect screen door at the back is not well sealed and taped at the edges. Ensure the screen is repaired to prevent any access to the pest.
