      • This inspection conducted at the Spruce Grove Rib Fest.-The cooler measured 9C
    • 14. Does the mobile food vendor have an adequate supply of potable hot and cold running water and is the water sampled at required intervals?
      • Inspected at Spruce Grove Rotary Rib Fest-Handwashing sink had one faucet. This facet could either be set on hot water OR cold water. The faucet should be one that allows water to be mixed rather than either hot or cold. Mixing would allow the temperature to be set to one that is comfortable to wash hands in. The hot water was too hot and hands could not be comfortably washed. Please repair or replace this faucet/valve/water heating system.
