      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Permit was not posted in a conspicuous location in the facility. Public health significance: According to the Food Premises Regulation,the holder of a permit issued under subsection (3) must post the permit in a conspicuous location in the food service establishment.
      • Corrective Action: Operator was aware of the importance of posting permit at a conspicuous location, operator posted the permit on the notice board at the entrance of the facility.
    • 302 - Critical Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
      • Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) Wiping cloths left on the counters between use. (Public Health significance) - Cloths once used can harbour and grow bacteria if left as used at room temperature.
      • Corrective Action: Store wiping cloths in a sanitizing solution of 200 ppm Quats. Mix according to the manufacturer's specifications.

      • Observation: Recyclable containers are stored in a cardboard box in the kitchen.
      • Corrective Action: Use a trash can made of plastic or metal to store recyclable containers.
