      • Observation: The Permit To Operate is not posted in the facility.
      • Corrective Action: Obtain a replacement Permit, attach the current year decal to it and post the Permit in the facility.
    • 302 - Critical Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
      • Observation: The sanitizing solution for dishware and utensils could not be determined.
      • Corrective Action: Wash, rinse and sanitize dishware and utensils in the 3-compartment sink, maintaining a sanitizing solution containing 200 ppm or more Chlorine.
    • 314 - Operator has not provided acceptable written sanitation procedures [s. 24]
      • Observation: There is no written Sanitation Plan in the facility.
      • Corrective Action: Prepare a written Sanitation Plan and maintain it in the facility.
    • 401 - Critical Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)]
      • Observation: Inadequate facilities provided for hand washing. (Public Health Significance) Hand washing is an important practice to ensure food are protected from cross contamination from other previously handled foods or contact surfaces.
      • Corrective Action: Ensure the hand wash station is accessible at all times and used only as a hand wash station whenever food is being prepared. Soap and paper towel in dispensers and hot and cold running water must be provided to facilitate proper hand washing.
