    • 04. Does the operator use approved methods for cleaning and sanitizing equipment, utensils, and surfaces?
      • The operator did not have a surface sanitizer on-site but was able to receive permission from another vendor to use their sanitizer in the kitchen as multiple vendors were sharing the kitchen. Please ensure a surface sanitizer is always available when food handling is occurring.
    • 23. Has appropriate notification been given for the special event?
      • The operator did submit a notification for attending the event; however, the submitted details of how they would be operating at the event did not align with what was being done at the event. The operator originally indicated on their vendor form that all food/drinks they would be selling would be pre-packaged. At the time of the inspection, it was observed that the operator was mixing tea/coffee drinks on-site. Please accurately complete the vendor notification to explain what will be occurring on-site at the event. AHS cannot properly review the vendors processes if we are not provided with accurate information.
