The max sanitizing temperature inside the dishwasher was measured at 65C after 8 wash cycles.ACTION REQUIRED:1) Ensure that the dishwasher is connected to detergents2) Ensure that the dishwasher is capable of achieving the sanitizing temperature of at 71C at least dish level or 82C on the manifold.
