      • Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Coffee creamers say keep refrigerated yet they're sitting out at room temperature.
      • Corrective Action(s): Ensure they are kept in the fridge or have ice packs for a small amout that was kept out. Creamers discarded

      • 2) Household dishwasher not being used to wash equipment and dishware. Nor is there a bottle of bleach for 2 sink warewashing technique. Dishware is used minially, mostly paper plates and bowls
      • Corrective Action(s): 1)Bleach spray bottle changed and now >100ppm Chlorine. Please only use a capful of bleach in a spray bottle of water
      • 2) Discussed the need to use the new household diswasher on the sanitizer cycle to wash and sanitize equipment, utensils and dishware. Remove styrofoam and packaging from inside the dishwasher and start using today. Nov 8/23
