- It was observed that the mini-fridge storing high risk foods such as milk and yogurt, measured a temperature of approximately 7 Celsius. No food spoilage was noted.The temperature was confirmed with an onsite staff thermometer. The unit thermostat was adjusted to produce colder refrigerator internal temperatures. Site staff shall monitor the unit's internal temperatures and make any necessary adjustments. A risk management inspection shall be completed tomorrow.
