     • SECTION OF CEILING IN FOOD CONCESSION (ABOVE MENU BOARD):Observed water staining on above ceiling finish in the food concession - requires removal of existing water stained ceiling drywall and replacement with a new section of drywall. Prior to replacement, please ensure the water issue/condensation issue has been eliminated.PROFESSIONAL CLEANING OF EXHAUST CANOPY HOOD:Verified that the above had been completed by Hydroblast, Edmonton, on July 24, 2024 - for this system, the frequency of professional cleaning would be approximately once every couple of years and would depend on the amount of deep fat frying/cooking and the amount of grease vapors generated.
