In the meantime, the thermal bag covering the ice machine needs to be changed everyday, because it is not of durable material, and cleaning/wiping alone will not ensure that potential contaminates would not get on to the ice. This material is not designed to be reused and can be worn out easily.

- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sanitizer solution in bucket and spray bottles tested to be @ <100ppm quats. When filling the sanitizer solution at dispenser, the water was hot. Manager advised Ecolab is coming in
