      • Observation: The bay door was open during the inspection. Staff say that they need to keep it open to vent out the AC unit exhaust or else it gets too hot inside.
      • Corrective Action(s): As discussed, place a barrier along the base of the door (at least 12 inches high) to prevent pest entry.
