- Note: No chlorine detected in one bleach concentrate jug. Contents discarded. Another bleach jug used to prepare new sanitizer solution.
- Corrective Action(s): Contents of spray bottle discarded. Bleach water sanitizer was re-made and tested at 100 ppm chlorine. Reminder to ensure sanitizer is maintained at concentrations required for safe and effective sanitizing of food equipment and surfaces.

- Corrective action: Bleach sanitizer was replaced during inspection. Employees were educated on how to properly prepare bleach solution for food contact surfaces 1/2 teaspoon of bleach should be mixed with 1L of water to ensure concentrations of bleach is not too high and to reduce risk of chemical contamination.
