Continue the use of the main dishwasher till the glasswasher is fixed. ***Previous violation***Chlorine sanitizer for the bar glassware washer measured 0 ppm. A new bottle of chlorine was connected but concentration remained 0 ppm.Service the glassware washer and ensure it is able to maintain 100 ppm. Use the dishwasher in the main kitchen until this has been fixed.
