- 1- Staff washroom were out of paper towel. Paper towel were provided at the time of inspection.
- 2- Hand washing sink in food prep counter at the back area is not in use. Paper towel and liquid soap are to be provided. " No hand washing in the sink" sign was obbserved on the wall above the sink. Sign was removed by the manager. Soap and paper towel was provided.
