- Chemical test kit is not available for chlorine solutions such as bleach to confirm sanitizer concentrations for the dishwashing process. To ensure sanitizers are mixed to proper concentrations to effectively reduce the amount of microorganisms on food contact surfaces, chemical test kits must be used.
