      • ** - multiple sinks were leaking from the faucet - please repair.

    • 10. Are food temperatures during storage and processing being controlled to maximize food safety?
      • ** - freezer on the cook line internal temperature was poor ~-10'C, should be -18'C. This poor temperature may indicate the start of decline in the capability of function for the freezer, will affect cook times, will affect the time it can be used for long term storage. DO NOT store chicken in this freezer overnight - until it is repaired completely.** - ice cream freezer in grab and go area was also -10'C, some of the ice cream did not appear solid. Please repair.
    • 21. Is the facility properly constructed and maintained in a state of good repair to allow for the safe and sanitary handling of food?
      • ** - cutting boards for the cook line and prep areas (long skinny rectangular ones only) were overworn, pitted, and no longer in good condition. Please repair/replace
    • 22. Are utensils and equipment maintained in a condition and a manner that ensures the safe handling of food?
      • ** - cease and desist the wiping of sanitized utensils after being run through the dishwasher. Utensils are sanitized - wiping them again after the cycle may re-contaminate the utensils.
