- Lack of paper towels available at kitchen handwash basin. Paper towels in dispenser must be provided at all handwash basins for handwashing purposes. Cloth towels are not acceptable for this purpose.

- Deteriorated/missing wall surfacing near rear kitchen exit door. Install required to ensure smooth, impervious surfacing throughout for adequate cleaning/sanitizing. (Staff advised that new door scheduled to be installed asap, at which time wall surfacing to be completed)Unfinished raw wood surfacing near prep area (by dining room).
