- 1. No test strips onsite for checking chlorine 2. No dishwashing drain plugs, no stock supply for preparing sanitizer onsite.

- 1. Handwash unit was not located inside the tent. Corrected onsite. 2. Handwash unit was filled with cold water. Advised to fill the supply tank with hot water from 3 comp sink located behind tent.

- 1. Steam table was not used in tent. Operator switched to chafing dishes with sterno heat source. Not ready at start of inspection. Corrected onsite.
