- Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Knives observed jammed in between the tables. These were removed to be washed and sanitized due to observed debris affixed to the knives
- Corrective Action(s): Never place knives in between the tables. Once knives have been cleaned and sanitized place into a holder ie magnetic strip. Used/soiled knives are to be removed immediately to be washed and sanitized .

- Observation: 1) Small band saw that was not in use observed with died raw meat on inside of machine. All food equipment must be cleaned after use.
- 2) No approved sanitizer available at start of inspection. Staff stated they only use Mr Clean on counter tops then rinse afterwards.
- Corrective Action(s): 1) Clean and sanitize machine. Due: today
- 2) An approved sanitizer must be used on the counter tops to reduce bacteria. Bleach sanitizer in a spray bottle was made during inspection.

- Corrective Action(s): Adjust/repair dishwasher so that the final rinse can reach at least 71C. Also have the light adjusted so that staff know when the fill cycle is complete and do not inadvertently remove dishes before full wash/rinse/sanitize cycle is complete.
