     • The temperature of the stand up refrigerator in the spice room was measured around 14C. Discussed with owner that this must be kept at 4C or less for perishable food storage. Any perishable foods stored in this fridge must be thrown out. Do not use this cooler to store perishable food items unless it can maintain a temperature of 4C or less.
