- A chlorine sanitizer was tested and 0ppm chlorine was detected. The solution was remixed and tested to be 100ppm. Please ensure that sanitizer solutions are tested daily to ensure the proper concentration has been mixed.

- Food was stored directly on the floor in the walk-in cooler. Please ensure that all food is stored elevated off of the floor to protect food from contamination and aid in proper cleaning.

- The chlorine surface sanitizer spray bottle was unlabeled. Please ensure that all chemical bottles including the surface sanitizer are labeled such that the contents can be identified and safely used.

- A thermometer was not available in the prep cooler. A thermometer was added at the time of the inspection. Please ensure that all coolers are equipped with thermometers to be able to check daily cooler temperatures.

- The lighting was insufficient in the walk-in cooler. Please replace the light bulb with a functional and bright bulb.

- A hole in the wall was observed under the three-compartment sink. Another hole was observed on the south facing wall by the three-compartment sink. Please seal all holes in the walls. All walls must be smooth, cleanable, and impervious to moisture.

- The facility requires a deep clean. Please pay special attention to the following areas:- The hand sink taps and wall behind the sink- The wall behind the garbage can in the dishwashing area - Walls behind prep counters - The floor around the pop syrup bibs - The inside of the prep cooler Please clean and sanitize the facility and keep in a clean and sanitary state hereafter.
