      • The preschool room door to the exterior had a gap where cold air was coming through.

      • 1) The door to the mechanical room was not locked from child access. Please ensure this space is not accessible by children.2) The Bleach solution in the OSC room was not labelled with its contents. Please ensure all solutions re properly labelled.

      • Several wall areas in the preschool room by the storage closet were observed to be in disrepair.

      • 1) Some larger toys in the infant room were visibly dirty. Please ensure all toys are kept in a clean condition.2) There was exposed wood on the change table in the infant room. Please ensure surfaces are smooth and cleanable.

      • The blue mattress in the white crib was too small for the crib leaving a 2 inch gap on one side. Please remove from use or replace the mattress with a snug fitting mattress.

      • Push pins and staples were observed in the infant and toddler rooms. Please refrain from using push pins and staples.

      • The ceiling tiles in the toddler bathroom were observed to be water stained.       • Some surfaces and toys throughout the facility were observed to be visibly dirty, namely:- high chair straps on the high chairs.- large toys throughout the centre.- plushies- plastic babies- walls throughout the centre- high touch areas throughout the centre.- inside of toy binsSome poster on the wall were in disrepair. Please remove or replace so that wall surfaces remain smooth and cleanable.Please conduct a thorough cleaning of these areas.The plastic on the support beams was tearing and was not smooth and cleanable. Please repair or replace so that the surface is smooth and cleanable.Some toys were worn and therefore not easily cleanable:- place mat with plates in the OSC- meat and beans wooden blocks in the OSCPlease remove from use.

      • Potty seats were not being stored in a sanitary manner and were observed on the floor. Please ensure that they are stored in a sanitary manner.OSC - the bathroom fan in the OSC bathroom was very noisy. Maintenance required.
