      • 1) An old ceiling tile was present in the kitchen area by the stove.       • The kitchen counter beside the stove was covered with aluminum foil which had oil residue on it. Underneath the foil, the countertop also had a residue. A thorough cleaning is required, and frequent replacement of the foil.

      • There was a leak under the two compartment sink in the kitchen. Repair required.All water damaged materials must be removed and replaced.
