Discussed that cleaning cloths must be stored in sanitizer when not in use or treated as one time use and then taken to laundry. The Operator stated that they do not reuse cloths.

      • The cart used to store the plastic dishwasher racks was rusted and no longer cleanable.-Please replace the cart.
