      • Pool noodles were installed at the top and bottom edges of the diapering surface used in the washroom. These are not suitable for a diapering area as they cannot be properly disinfected. Material was removed during inspection.

      • The garbage container in the washroom used for diapering did not have a lid suitable to fully enclose container. Garbage can was replaced during inspection to one with a suitable lid.
