- Milk and juice cooler in the front server area was measuring warm. Ambient air temperature was 10C.**cooler was open quite a while as staff was replacing ketchup bottles. Please close the cooler and recheck the temperature to ensure the temperature goes down to 4C. Perishables should be moved to another cooler if it us unable to maintain a temperature of 4C or below.
